Utility Representative

Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a Utility Representative to support field and facility operations within our environmental services and used oil recycling network. In this role, you'll assist with waste and used oil collections, parts cleaning service, and general utility support at customer locations and Safety-Kleen sites. Responsibilities include safely operating basic equipment, staging and labeling containers, maintaining a clean and compliant work area, and completing required documentation.

You'll work closely with drivers, technicians, and customers, following safety procedures while helping deliver reliable, sustainable service.

Responsibilities

• Support collection and handling of used oil, waste, and recyclable materials
• Assist with parts cleaning service and general utility tasks at customer sites
• Operate basic material handling equipment safely
• Stage, label, and consolidate containers in compliance with procedures
• Maintain clean, orderly, and compliant work areas
• Complete service tickets and basic regulatory documentation accurately
• Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental compliance requirements
• Coordinate daily activities with drivers, technicians, and supervisors
• Conduct basic inspections of equipment and report issues
• Provide courteous on-site support to industrial and commercial customers
