Branch Manager

Overview What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of the branch while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Drive branch sales through business development, referrals, and relationship banking.
• Originate consumer and mortgage loan applications.
• Coach employees on cross-selling banking products and services.
• Monitor branch performance, including deposits, lending, and sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and represent the Bank in the community.
• Conduct performance coaching, team meetings, and employee scheduling.
• Stay current on banking products, services, and market trends.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of retail banking experience.
• 2+ years of branch management or leadership experience.
• 3+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience with consumer lending and mortgage origination preferred.
• NMLS registration or ability to obtain.
• Strong leadership, coaching, customer service, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking operations and financial products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

This position is an office-based role. Employees must be able to type, write, file, and move about the office as needed. They should be able to sit for extended periods and operate in a typical office setting with some noise. The role may require transporting up to 20 pounds on occasions.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000. Actual pay will depend on factors including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and market conditions. The posted range may be modified in the future.
