Conduct in-home and community-based ABA therapy sessions to support clients in achieving their goals
Develop and implement individually tailored treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including data collection and analysis
Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless support and communication
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and company initiatives

Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required
