We serve high‑end residential and commercial markets and manage custom millwork projects from design through installation. All work is produced in our state‑of‑the‑art 80,000+ sqft shop located just southwest of Boston, Massachusetts.

Cabinetmaker

• Fabricate and assemble custom cabinets, fixtures, and millwork components to shop drawings/specifications.
• Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and stock lists.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all shop safety protocols.
• Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process.
• Collaborate with shop leads and production management to meet deadlines and design intent.

• 2+ years of cabinetmaking or millwork experience (architectural millwork a plus).
• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documents.
• Familiarity with various hardwoods, veneers, and engineered wood products.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
