The Wayfair Visual Merchandising team is a multi-talented group of strategic and innovative thinkers across many disciplines, partnering closely with cross functional teammates to catapult Wayfair to be the leading destination for all things home by developing engaging advertising campaigns, next-in-class consumer experiences, and scalable brand systems.

Wayfair is seeking an experienced Visual Presentation Associate to join our team. The Visual Presentation Associate will work closely with Visual Presentation Leaders across all SRB physical retail brands to support and implement visual merchandising initiatives. These initiatives will include seasonal merchandise changes, creative installs, signage, and sample inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in retail/visual presentation. Comfortability with working in both store and corporate environments is a plus. It will require flexibility and a scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to succeed. This role will focus primarily on supporting Wayfair's three specialty retail brands (SRBs):
All Modern, Birch Lane, Joss & Main across an expanding store fleet, but will also support Wayfair and Perigold store execution when necessary.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• In partnership with SRB VM leads, support concept process and execute overall visual merchandising strategies within retail labs and stores, ensuring strategy is in line with brand priorities to deliver a consistent omni-channel experience. Execution support may flex to support any/all Wayfair brands when needed.
• Support seasonal presentation management in stores - react to product sell through, inventory levels, out-of-stocks and spatial constraints to drive executional consistency across the fleet.
• Test, learn, and evolve visual solutions and compare results.
• Assist in integrating seasonal signage strategy into physical retail experience.
• Liaise with internal partners; including Curated Merchandising, Communications, Operations, and Planning/Allocation.
• Support NSO execution, across all Wayfair Brands, as needed.

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of visual merchandising experience. Physical retail experience required.
• Passion for interior design and home decor trends.
• An entrepreneurial spirit. Self motivated. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong multi tasking, organizational and time management skills.
• Able to collaborate across the organization to achieve objectives
• Adaptability to organizational changes
• Evidence of "scrappy startup execution" and a "get it done" attitude.
• Comfortability in Excel & using Google Workspace
• Able to lift 40 lbs
• Travel required:
  
  up to once a month to support SRB Seasonal Execution/Follow-up Visits and potentially all Wayfair Brands NSO support
