Alarm Monitoring:
Monitor intrusion detection systems and other security technologies to identify and respond to threats;

Accurately log incidents, maintain detailed records, and prepare professional reports;
Video Surveillance:
Monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity and support investigations;
System Operations:
Perform remote alarm panel programming and system troubleshooting as needed
