As a Penske driver, you’ll represent both Penske and your clients, likely driving branded trucks and wearing their uniforms.

We provide extensive training opportunities and nationwide locations, allowing you to move to a new city if desired. With a stable, nationwide company known for top equipment, great management, clear communication, and a fantastic safety record, you’ll be paid every Friday and, for most driving positions, home daily.

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Non‑exempted interstate DOT medical card required or ability to obtain one.
• 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Regular, predictable, full‑attendance is essential.
• English language proficiency required for compliance with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• Work the required schedule, work at the required location, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety‑sensitive by the company; the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must accept responsibility for their own safety and that of others.
