Warehouse Order Picker We’re hiring dependable Warehouse Order Pickers to join a busy distribution team in Norton, MA. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse, we’d like to hear from you.
What You’ll Do- Pick automotive parts and products based on customer orders
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and order accuracy
- Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment
- Use handheld scanners, carts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Receive, inspect, and put away inventory
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred
- RF scanner or handheld scanning experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to read labels, part numbers, and written instructions
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
- Automotive parts experience is a plus, but we're willing to train dependable candidates with warehouse experience.
