General Labor

Anderson | Biro is seeking General Labor Associates to support a manufacturing facility in Norton, Ohio. This is a hands-on role in a production environment, ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy consistent work and being part of a team.

• Assemble aerosol cans by securing tops and preparing finished products

• Place completed cans into boxes and stack boxed materials onto skids

• Support assembly line operations to meet daily production goals

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day in an assembly line environment

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting

• Strong attendance and reliability are essential

• Prior manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
