Anderson | Biro is seeking General Labor Associates to support a manufacturing facility in Norton, Ohio. This is a hands‑on role in a production environment, ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy consistent work and being part of a team.
Job Responsibilities- Assemble aerosol cans by securing tops and preparing finished products
- Place completed cans into boxes and stack boxed materials onto skids
- Support assembly line operations to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day in an assembly line environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
- Strong attendance and reliability are essential
- Prior manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
