Why This Role ExistsWagner Machine Inc. has been delivering precision machining and fabrication services since 1957. As an ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev. D certified shop, Wagner supports customers across aerospace, heavy industrial, and custom manufacturing sectors.
This role exists to support continued demand in their high‑mix, job shop environment. Unlike production facilities, Wagner specializes in one‑off prototypes and short‑run machining where setup skill, blueprint interpretation, and independent problem‑solving are essential.
This is not a button‑pushing position — it’s hands‑on machining where craftsmanship matters.
