Commercial Roofing Service Technician II

JB Roofing, a Tecta America commercial roofing company, was established in 1970 and has grown to more than 80 employees with a management team that has over 100 years of experience. We are currently searching for Commercial Roofing Service Tech II positions at our Akron, OH location. This role involves working outdoors on flat roofs with our Service Foreman, climbing ladders, bending, and using various roofing techniques and tools.

On‑site training will be provided, and opportunities to advance exist as you master the basics.

• Enjoy working as part of a team outdoors.
• Be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly (repeated bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.).
• Must be comfortable with heights and working on a roof.
• Perform roofing work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.

• Starting pay rate of $20+/hr.
