Service Coordinator

Norwalk, CA (100% Onsite)

Salary $24 - $27 per hour + Full Benefits

Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

• Answer incoming service calls and ask the right questions to diagnose needs
• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently (routes, timing, workload)
• Coordinate with service, sales, and admin teams
• Assist with quotes, parts ordering, and invoicing
• Maintain accurate service documentation (RMAs, agreements, etc.)

• Strong common sense & deductive reasoning (this is key)
• Tech-savvy with scheduling/logistics tools
• 1+ year of customer service or dispatch experience
• Excellent communication skills (English)
• Experience with contractors, technicians, or construction is a plus
• Quick Books familiarity is a bonus
