We are seeking an Office Coordinator to support daily office operations, administrative functions, and team coordination. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience in a fast‑paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day office operations and administrative activities.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor communications.
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and office documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative projects.
  • Support HR, accounting, and leadership teams with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure office processes run efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Receptionist, or Administrative Support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a busy office environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
