Associate Director of Operations (Site Lead) reporting to the Executive Director, Wheel & Brakes Operations. Lead the site’s operations, facilities, maintenance, EH&S, CI, and production engineering functions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and cross‑functional execution.

• Provide hands‑on coaching and guidance to functional leaders on major projects, recoveries, and tactical activities aligned with strategic plans.
• Drive implementation of the CORE Operating System and focus on strategic business needs (capacity, headcount, cost per hour, variance, AOP alignment, inventory, OTD).
• Balance strategic objectives with tactical execution across all functions.
• Lead organizational structure, hiring, performance and talent management, productivity, earned value management and site cost oversight.
• Manage standardization initiatives across the site.
• Support business travel up to 10%.

** Required**

• University degree (Bachelor’s in Management, Engineering or similar) with a minimum of 10years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 12years of experience.
• 10+years in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.
• 10+years in operations‑related leadership/management roles.

** Preferred**

• Master’s degree (MBA or Finance preferred).
• Engineering or technical background with knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, chemical, textile, special processing, assembly).
• Experience in Carbon‑Carbon operations.
• Experience with advanced production methodologies (Lean, ACE, TPS, DBS) and Industry
  4.0 implementation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.

Salary range: 172,900

USD – 328,700

USD. This range is a good‑faith estimate for all experience levels.
