2nd​/3rd Multi-Grade

St. Linus School is seeking a caring, organized, and enthusiastic elementary teacher for a 2nd and 3rd grade Multi‑Grade Combination class. The ideal candidate will create a positive and structured classroom environment while supporting the academic, social, and spiritual growth of the students.

For the  school year, beginning August 1st, 2026.

• Prepare engaging daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Maintain strong classroom management.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
• Develop and implement intervention plans for struggling students.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Communicate effectively with parents, administration, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with faculty and participate in school‑wide initiatives and activities.
• Serve as a positive role model of the Catholic faith and uphold the mission of the school.
• Take an active role in the spiritual and community life of the school.

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s and/or Teaching Credential in progress is acceptable.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
