Coordinator Of Student Success And Partnerships
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, the Coordinator of Student Success and Partnerships provides district-level coordination and strategic support for student opportunity initiatives, 21st century learning experiences, student leadership development, and educational and community partnerships. The Coordinator supports Educational Services in advancing the District's mission, vision, and strategic priorities by ensuring all students are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary to achieve their personal, academic, and professional goals.
The position focuses on expanding equitable access to meaningful learning opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and developing the systems that connect student experiences across grade levels. The Coordinator serves as a key member of the Educational Services leadership team, working collaboratively with District and site administrators, counselors, teachers, postsecondary institutions, industry representatives, and community organizations to advance student success from Transitional Kindergarten through Grade Twelve.
The Coordinator works in close partnership with Educational Services leadership to ensure alignment, coherence, and articulation of student success programs and services across grade spans, supporting the District's commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and equitable outcomes for all students.
