Position:
Senior Developer for Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS)
Location:
Norwalk, CA (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $85–$95/hr (W2)
Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Developer for Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS) to design, develop, and implement PBCS solutions to meet business budgeting and financial reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop forms, dashboards, reports, business rules, member formulas, and APIs.
- Load transactional and metadata; ensure integration with external systems.
- Automate jobs and integrations using REST APIs and EPM Automate.
- Conduct performance, reliability, integration, and regression testing.
- Document policies, procedures, best practices, and training materials.
- Provide post-implementation support.
- 7+ years implementing/supporting Oracle PBCS projects, 3+ years in a lead role.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, system design, and SDLC principles.
- Proficient in developing system-level documentation, flowcharts, and logic specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Finance (or equivalent experience).
- Oracle PBCS, Fusion, HCM, and OIC certifications a plus.
