Title: AI Implementation Specialist
Location: Norwalk, CA (Onsite)
Duration:
11+ months (08/17/2026 – 07/29/2027)
Pay Range: $95-100/hr. on W2
Job Description:
Lead enterprise AI initiatives by evaluating organizational readiness, identifying high-value AI opportunities, and implementing responsible AI solutions across business operations.
Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to develop AI strategies, implementation roadmaps, governance frameworks, and proofs of concept. Drive AI adoption by recommending enterprise AI platforms, establishing responsible AI standards, validating AI-generated outputs, and delivering training and knowledge transfer that enables internal teams to independently sustain AI capabilities.
This role supports a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on enterprise AI adoption, governance, automation, and organizational change. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands‑on experience implementing Generative AI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Job Functions- Conduct AI readiness assessments and identify high-value AI use cases across business operations.
- Develop AI implementation strategies, roadmaps, and adoption plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Design, implement, and oversee AI proofs of concept, pilot programs, and production deployments.
- Recommend enterprise AI platforms, integration approaches, and automation opportunities.
- Establish AI governance standards covering security, privacy, compliance, responsible AI, and data management.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, security, bias, and business value.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business teams throughout implementation.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, executive presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Develop documentation, standards, reusable prompt libraries, training materials, and implementation guides.
- Measure AI adoption, business outcomes, and ROI while recommending continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI governance, and enterprise AI implementation.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, including NIST AI Risk Management Framework, security, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, enterprise integrations, and identity management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise technology, digital transformation, or technology consulting initiatives.
- 3+ years implementing AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience developing AI strategies, governance recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and AI adoption programs.
- Proven success delivering AI proofs of concept, pilot programs, or enterprise AI implementations.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross‑functional technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
