We're seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Implementation Specialist to help lead enterprise AI transformation for one of the largest public‑sector organizations in the country. This is a unique opportunity to shape how artificial intelligence is responsibly adopted across multiple business functions, driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and enabling smarter decision‑making at scale.

What You’ll Do- Lead AI readiness assessments and identify high‑impact AI opportunities across the organization.
- Develop AI implementation strategies and roadmaps that support long‑term business goals.
- Design and deliver AI proof‑of‑concepts and pilot programs.
- Establish AI governance, Responsible AI standards, and best practices aligned with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
- Recommend enterprise AI platforms, tools, and integration strategies.
- Implement and optimise solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other enterprise AI platforms.
- Collaborate with executives, business leaders, project managers, cybersecurity teams, infrastructure teams, and technical staff.
- Evaluate AI‑generated outputs for security, privacy, accuracy, bias, and quality.
- Develop documentation, standards, executive presentations, training materials, and knowledge transfer programs.
- Drive AI adoption through organisational change management and user enablement.
- Measure AI adoption, business value, and return on investment while continuously improving AI capabilities.
- 5+ years leading enterprise technology, digital transformation, or technology consulting initiatives.
- 3+ years implementing Generative AI, AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience developing AI strategies, implementation roadmaps, and AI governance frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, or Google Gemini.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Entra , and enterprise cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI workflow automation, and AI adoption strategies.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Work on large‑scale enterprise AI initiatives with real organisational impact.
- Influence AI strategy and adoption at the executive level.
- Help establish responsible AI practices that will shape the future of public‑sector innovation.
- Collaborate with experienced technology leaders and cross‑functional teams.
