As a Senior Project Manager at Erickson-Hall Construction Co., you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge by learning best practices from an industry innovator that is also employee-owned.

Duties
Manage client expectationsProvide project leadership and supervisionControl project documents ensuring they are complete, current, and properly managedManage and prepare cost proposals and change ordersDevelop project budgets and oversee buy-out/contracting of workHandle project accounting functions including owner billings and review/approval of subcontractor paymentsMaintain budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycleManage submittals, RFIs, and project documentationDevelop and manage CPM schedulesManage subcontractors, including coordination, procurement, monitoring budgets, and billingsCoordinate with architects, designers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnelRequirements
Experience managing multiple construction projects or a large complex project in commercial or public works sectorsDegree in construction management, science, or related field preferredStrong knowledge of current construction methods, materials, and regulationsAbility to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities and teamsExcellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project or similar scheduling softwareValid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordSpecial Considerations
Experience with school bond projects (e.g., SDUSD, LAUSD)Procore project management software experienceExperience in higher education or healthcare marketsBenefits
