Monster Beverage - - Responsibilities:
Verify batching equipment meets sanitary conditions per MEC requirements, including allergen control surface swabs and ATP swab results;
Confirm staged ingredients against batch sheets;
Document all ingredient weights and temperatures on formula batch sheets;
Certify all ingredients meet specifications such as expiration dates and lot codes;
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients to required specifications
