The Surgical Services Supervisor will oversee operations within a specialized perioperative department featuring one operating room that supports a variety of surgical procedures. This close-knit surgical environment allows the OR Clinical Supervisor to play an active role in patient care coordination, surgical flow, and operational efficiency.

• Oversee daily operations in a single operating room.
• Coordinate staffing and mentor a team of approximately four FTE perioperative nurses and surgical staff.
• Support quality initiatives and maintain efficient workflows throughout the department.
• Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary health‑care professionals in a collaborative setting.
• Communicate clearly and foster a team‑oriented leadership style.

Reporting directly to the OR Manager, the OR Supervisor will lead a dedicated team and collaborate with staff across the perioperative and surgical departments.
