Conduct daily line audits and test/inspect various stages of production;
Record test data and apply statistical quality control procedures;
Oversee calibration of equipment and operate testing instruments (e.g., CIP, UPLC, water testing);
Perform sensory testing (taste, odor, appearance) and assist in GMP compliance reviews;
Recommend modifications to quality/production standards to improve quality within equipment capabilities
