Compensation: $16.00-$22.00 an hour including commissions

YOUR workday looks like this:

Establish and maintain an incredible work and customer service environment by warmly engaging with customers to fully understand their particular needs.
Expertly guide our customers through the transaction process in a professional manner that allows you to build strong relationships.
Attain and exceed sales goals by properly using your AT&T sales training on the showroom with customers, executing our outbound sales activities and mastering AT&T promotions.
Maintain store appearance so customers feel welcome and can easily negotiate our showroom.
Plus, other tasks and duties you would expect as a Retail Sales Associate.

This is all YOU need to succeed:

Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales would be terrific, however not necessary – AT&T experience highly desirable.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills.
Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Be a supportive and committed teammate and team player.
Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
