Helpline Youth Counseling (HYC) is seeking a Wraparound Family Specialist/Partner to provide strength-based, trauma-informed support to caregivers and youth across home, school, and community.
You will help families navigate systems (schools, mental health, DCFS, probation), coach youth in self-advocacy, and participate in CFT meetings with the Wraparound team.
This nonprofit role emphasizes lived experience, cultural responsiveness, and collaboration with THPs, facilitators, and program managers.
