City of Norwalk is seeking a Bus Operator Trainee who will learn to safely drive a bus and transport passengers on an assigned route. After successful completion of a six to eight‑week paid training, trainees will be eligible for hire as an hourly/at‑will/part‑time Bus Operator at $28.22–$34.30 per hour, with a $1,000 sign‑on bonus after six months of employment.
