Cash Analyst

Overview

The Cash Analyst will support daily cash posting, reconciliation, and high‑volume cash application activities. This role is accounting‑driven and suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of experience, though individuals with deeper experience (10+ years) will also be considered.

• Perform cash posting and cash reconciliation activities
• Execute high‑volume cash application processes
• Review line items, apply payments, and reconcile associated transactions
• Support accounting workflows involving debits and credits
• Work with over 100 bank accounts
• Follow the work schedule of Monday–Thursday onsite and Friday remote
• Assist with general accounting tasks related to cash movement and accuracy

• 1–2 years of accounting experience, ideally including AR
• Solid understanding of debits and credits
• Ability to work in a high‑volume cash application environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cash‑related tasks with accuracy

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norwalk, CT.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
