Compensation: $70K–$80K base

• Manage full‑cycle accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, chargebacks, and customer disputes
• Partner cross‑functionally with accounting, customer service, and sales to resolve billing issues and improve processes
• Assist with month‑end close related to AR, including reconciliations and reporting
• Maintain accurate customer account records and support audit requests as needed
• Contribute to process improvements and help optimize AR workflows within Net Suite

• 3+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience
• Net Suite experience is required
• Experience handling high‑volume transactions in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, deductions management, and collections
• Advanced Excel skills preferred (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables a plus)
• Experience with in consumer products, cosmetics, beauty, or related industries is a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
