This is a white-glove, confidential environment where discretion and professionalism are as important as technical skills. Onsite role — Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Processing and managing bill pay on behalf of family office clients
General ledger entries and journal posting
Month-end close support – reconciliations, expense tracking, variance analysis
AP and cash disbursement processing
Supporting senior team members on ad hoc reporting and client projects

Ideal Profile:

B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
0–2 years of accounting, AP, or related experience
Strong Excel; any accounting software familiarity is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of personal discretion
Warm, polished interpersonal skills – this team interfaces directly with high-net-worth clientele
Local to Fairfield County; must be able to commute to Stamford daily

No CPA required. Recent grads and candidates early in their accounting careers are encouraged to apply.
