Tired of being three layers removed from the partners and the clients? Our client, a well-established and growing CPA firm in Norwalk, is hiring a Tax Senior who wants a seat at the table, not a spot in the back office.

You’ll work across a diverse client base with a mix of roughly 60% preparation and 40% review. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role for someone who enjoys staying close to the work while building toward leadership.

• 3 to 10 years of public accounting tax experience
• Ultra Tax experience strongly preferred
• CPA or EA a plus
• Comfortable working directly with clients and leading engagements
• Able to work onsite 3 days per week (with some periods requiring more in‑office time)

• $130,000 to $180,000 base salary, depending on experience
• 10% annual bonus
• Consistent, performance‑based raises year after year
