A growing, financially stable manufacturing and distribution company is seeking an experienced
Full-Charge Bookkeeperto join its team in a long-term, full-time capacity.
This position is ideal for an accounting professional who is comfortable managing full-cycle bookkeeping while also supporting general office administration and HR-related activities. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance- Manage full-cycle accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain the General Ledger and assist with monthly financial statements.
- Process payroll using ADP or a similar payroll platform.
- Prepare sales tax filings and coordinate with external accounting professionals.
- Assist with year-end financial reporting and audit-related activities.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and financial planning.
- Maintain accurate inventory accounting and related records.
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Assist with HR-related functions, including onboarding, benefits coordination, and employee records.
- Maintain organized company records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and assist management with special projects as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with Sage, Quick Books, or similar accounting software
. - Hands-on payroll processing experience; ADP experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a plus.
