This is a part-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Norwalk, CT. The Executive Assistant will support executive operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling internal and external communications efficiently. Additional responsibilities include preparing and organizing expense reports, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative assistance to ensure the seamless functioning of daily business activities.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as scheduling, record management, and correspondence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Proficiency in relevant office software and tools
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
