Position Overview

The firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide essential assistance to partners, accountants, and the tax team. This is a key role for someone who enjoys being the organizational backbone of an office and thrives in a fast-paced yet collegial professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to partners and professional staff
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client correspondence professionally
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and electronic organization
  • Manage client records and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Support tax season workflows, including assembling and processing client deliverables
  • Order office supplies and assist with general office management needs
  • Coordinate mail, shipping, and records retention processes
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (professional services environment preferred)
  • Prior experience in a CPA firm, accounting firm, or professional services setting is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); experience with document management systems a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor with a client-service mindset
