We’re seeking an experienced, full-time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to support their Norwalk-area office.
What You’ll Do- Greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and manage check-in/out
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist with product service and sales
- Help the clinic run smoothly day to day in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year of medical office experience, preferably in a receptionist or front desk role
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once
- Positive outlook, upbeat personality, and detail-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable transportation to travel between two local offices
