Automotive Service Advisor

Genesis of Ridgefield is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is ideal for polished, service-driven professionals who excel at delivering a premium client experience.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service clients from check-in through vehicle delivery
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a consultative, transparent manner
• Coordinate with technicians and service leadership to ensure accurate and timely repairs
• Utilize CDK and CRM tools to manage repair orders, updates, and follow-up

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service, luxury retail, or customer-facing environments preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license
