Our Education Staffing division specializes in placing special education teachers, school psychologists, speech language pathologists, behavioral health professionals, occupational therapists, nurses, and other essential roles in K-12 schools. We are seeking an experienced RFP and Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with local and state education systems and will be responsible for responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and soliciting work through online registration systems. This role is crucial in securing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with educational institutions.

Your responsibilities include:

  • RFP Response Management: Lead the development and submission of comprehensive and competitive proposals in response to RFPs from local and state education systems.
  • Online Registration: Register with online systems to ensure the company is invited to participate in staffing opportunities for open positions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to gather necessary information and ensure proposals align with company capabilities and client needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on potential opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all proposals, contracts, and communications with clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in local and state education systems.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in the education staffing and recruiting industry.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of local and state education systems and their procurement processes.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using online registration and procurement systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
