A family of three in New Canaan needs to hire an experienced part-time afternoon Nanny to care for their teenager. Responsibilities are all childcare related and include:
The right applicant will be firm and familiar with setting boundaries with children of a similar age and also have high expectations for cleanliness. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be COVID vaccinated (or willing to get vaccinated). The child is incredibly intelligent but needs assistance staying on track. The family is flexible with the start date and can hire beginning of the summer 2024 or wait longer.
They are open to considering live out and live in applicants, though they prefer live in applicants have a home nearby to go on weekends. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 2 to 8 pm. Salary range: $35-45/hr.
