We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from pre‑construction through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from initiation to close‑out
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, engineers, architects, and inspectors
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, contracts, and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site visits and project meetings
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Review and approve change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Track costs and control budgets; prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and teams
- Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with design‑build or fast‑track projects
- Ability to visit and walk construction sites regularly
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
