Job Description Job Description Project Engineer – Norwalk, CT
You’ll get the opportunity to grow fast by working side-by-side with Project Managers on heavy civil and infrastructure projects. This role is a stepping stone into PM, with structured mentorship and a clear career path.
What you’ll be working on (and more)Support the planning, scheduling, procurement, and control of heavy civil projects.
Gain exposure to cost control, submittals, RFIs, and vendor coordination.
Be involved in both field and office operations, learning how projects come together.
Assist PMs with planning, scheduling, and procurement.
Manage cost reports, submittals, RFIs, and document control.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to keep work flowing.

Career path to Project Manager.
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management.
1–3 years construction experience.
OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 .
