Customer Service Representative
Location:
On-site in Norwalk, CT
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (8-hour shift between 8 AM-6 PM) + every other Saturday
Pay: $18/hr
Overtime: $27/hr (time and a half)
About the Opportunity
We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a fast‑paced, supportive team with full training provided and real opportunities for advancement. What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Managing inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and accuracy
+ Engaging potential customers and promoting company services
+ Upselling products and services to support business growth
+ Explaining service offerings clearly and confidently
+ Processing credit card payments over the phone to close sales
+ Entering customer information into internal systems with precision
What We're Looking For
+ 2+ years of office or customer service experience
+ Strong ability to manage inbound phone calls
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office
+ A self‑starter who can work independently and stay organized
+ Excellent verbal communication and customer engagement skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norwalk, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
