Shaner Hotels has an amazing opportunity at our Residence Inn Norwalk located in beautiful downtown Norwalk. This 102-room modern Residence Inn is just a short walking distance from the trendy SoNo, which is filled with many dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities for our guests.

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently.
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Accounting/Data Entry prior experience a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
