Norwalk Hospital Association is seeking a Telephone Operator to handle incoming calls and provide exemplary customer service. You will be responsible for answering main number and patient information calls, documenting logs, and maintaining databases.
The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with 6 months of relevant experience, strong telephone skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. This is a per diem role with varying shifts between 7:00am-11:00pm, which may include weekends and holidays.
