Shaner Hotels is hiring at Residence Inn Norwalk in downtown Norwalk, CT. Provide superior guest services, handle check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and generate daily reports while adhering to hotel requirements.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred), and solid computer skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; must be able to work weekends and holidays and be knowledgeable about local activities.
