Customer Service Representative - Global

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - Global to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. This role is responsible for customer inquiries, order processing, shipment coordination, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who can work well with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Process domestic and export customer orders and quotes through the IFS ERP system

• Communicate with customers regarding product availability, lead times, order status, and shipments.
• Coordinate bookings and shipments with freight forwarders
  , including ocean and air freight.
• Expedite delayed orders and work with Logistics and Warehouse teams to resolve issues.
• Support new customer onboarding and maintain accurate customer records.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and coordinate with internal departments as needed.
• Support Sales by obtaining customer forecasts and repeat orders.
• Monitor customer trends and communicate important information to management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

• 2+ years of customer service or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience with IFS, SAP, or another ERP system is a plus.
• Knowledge of domestic/international logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
