• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Orthodontic Assistant partners with the practice team to provide excellent clinical support, preparing patients for treatment and assisting the Orthodontist by setting up materials and equipment.

• Excellent chair‑side clinical support and assistance to doctors including charting, operatory set/clean‑up, and patient education.
• Records and reviews patient health history, makes chart entries under the doctor's direction, and ensures completion of forms and signatures in dental software.
• Enters and updates patient treatment plans at the direction of the treating doctor.
• Ability to change and remove wires, brackets, adhesive, take impressions, take scans, and prepare teeth for bonding.
• Prepares treatment estimates for review and discussion with the patient.
• Reviews the daily schedule to set up appropriate trays and instruments.
• Prepares patients, sterilizes and disinfects instruments, sets up instrument trays, maintains chain of asepsis, and assists dentist during procedures following OSHA guidelines.

• Entry level position.
• State licensure where specified.
• Valid Dental Radiographer License for the respective state requirements.
• CPR certification required.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients.

$20.00–$25.00 per hour depending on experience.
