’s Department of Family Medicine is excited to welcome Board Certified/Board Eligible Faculty Physicians to join our team at the Family Medicine Residency Program at Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead, NY.

• Play a key role in shaping the educational curriculum, working closely with the Program Directors and Associate Program Directors.
• Ensure the program follows all regulations of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education.
• Supervise residents and other trainees, including medical students, caring for patients under the auspices of the Department.
• Coordinate and schedule subspecialty rotations.
• Coordinate and oversee participation by faculty in the outpatient curriculum.

Full‑time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity.
