Burnt Squash is a comprehensive squash academy located in Lakeville, CT. We are looking for a motivated squash pro, ready to drive business for a budding junior program.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Teaching Lessons
• Organizing Clinics
• Facilitating match play
• Event management
• Tournament coaching
• Enabling player engagement
• Adapting to school calendars

Applicants should have strong executive functioning skills along with an affable demeanor to ensure everyone leaves the facility with a smile. An additional background in strength and conditioning is preferable.

This is a 10-month position, with the possibility to scale income further with summer camps. Lesson rates and salary are competitive within the industry. With the various facilities located in different states on select school campuses, the pro will also need to pass a state-mandatory background check.
