The College is seeking part-time non-credit lecturers who are passionate about inspiring and training the next generation of Information Technology professionals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Teaching courses within the assigned discipline area in accordance with institutional standards
- Evaluating and assessing student learning outcomes
- Providing student support, mentoring, and academic advising
- Developing curriculum and periodically reviewing and updating instructional materials
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry certification(s) in the field you are applying to
- Related professional work experience in the field you are applying to
- Ability to present curriculum in a classroom or lab environment
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Additional qualifications may be requested, as relevant to the academic department
- Experience teaching in workforce development, adult education, continuing education, or non‑credit training programs, particularly in short‑term certificate or credential‑aligned programs
- Experience designing or delivering customized training programs (onsite, online, or hybrid)
- Knowledge of the current industry trends and workforce needs
- Two (2) or more years of practical experience in the field for which you are applying with an understanding of industry credentialing or licensure requirements
