Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver new hire and ongoing training emphasizing customer service and sales skills, client product knowledge, as well as Everise policies and procedures.
  • Be proficient and comfortable training in a remote virtual training environment or brick‑and‑mortar setting.
  • Train and facilitate via Adobe Connect or a similar remote training platform, as well as in a traditional brick‑and‑mortar environment.
  • Maintain a high success rate of graduates, as demonstrated by positive ratings on graduate evaluations and on‑the‑job performance.
  • Partner with clients on curriculum design and modification, developing supporting materials.
  • Train using adult learning styles in both virtual and brick‑and‑mortar environments.
  • Ensure trainees are actively engaged through planning and implementing activities and incentives.
  • Prepare lesson plans and course agendas for each training class.
  • Conduct proficiency evaluations and certify trainees for assigned programs.
  • Execute nesting or on‑the‑job training excellence with measurable results.
  • Train class sizes ranging from 10 to 100 learners.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and management staff to develop associates’ performance.
  • Conduct ongoing refresher and cross‑training modules in critical areas identified by quality and operations teams.
  • Ensure trainees succeed in the production environment and achieve long‑term retention.
  • When not training, assist with phone calls or operational support as needed.
  • Perform assigned Customer Service Representative duties.
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of instruction in an adult learning environment, preferably in contact center, customer service, or related industry.
  • Undergraduate degree in Instructional Design, English, or a related discipline.
  • Virtual online experience in blogging or teaching.
  • Ability to build rapport in an online virtual environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills at all organization levels.
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to work any shift, 7 days a week.
  • Ability to understand Standard Operating Procedures and know when to seek guidance.
  • Ability to adapt and implement changes on the fly.
  • Outgoing personality.
